Returns are accepted if the item is faulty or goods sent were not those ordered.

New Zealand clients: 2 weeks from time of purchase.
The customer is entitled to a replacement or the choice of any other item on our website that is similar price. Red Queen will pay return shipping costs in this situation. Returned goods must be shipped back to us using a tracked Parcel post or track and trace courier, as we will not be held responsible if the item does not arrive back to us.
Exchanges and refunds are not offered where the customer changes their mind on the choice of the purchased product .
Custom Orders can not be returned or refunded unless faulty, as the design will have been finalised via email.
